Arkell's mission is to provide clients financial peace of mind; our purpose is protecting and growing client wealth. We want our clients to associate Arkell with trust and that peace of mind.
FIDUCIARY STANDARD
As a fee-only Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Arkell advisors are held to the highest ethical standard and have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of their clients.
As a fiduciary, Arkell advisors shall:

Place client best interests ahead of those of the advisor.

Not accept referral fees, sales commissions, or any investment-related sales fees.

TIM RANDAK, MSF, CFA
President, Portfolio Manager
Tim is the President and Portfolio Manager of Arkell Asset Management, LLC. Among his responsibilities are investment strategies, portfolio re-balancing, and maintaining client financial plans. Prior to founding Arkell Asset Management, Tim was the portfolio manager for an independent advisory firm. He also served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where his responsibilities were mutual fund and hedge fund risk management. Tim’s experience also includes time with Morgan Stanley and OppenheimerFunds.

Tim received a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Public Administration from the University of Puget Sound. Tim is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFAI) and he holds the CFA designation.
Tim and his wife, Ali, live in Bozeman with their two children.

JESSE RADOSLOVICH
Wealth Manager
Jesse joined Tim at Arkell Asset Management, LLC in 2022 as a Wealth Manager.
Through this role, his purpose is simple: to help clients grow, protect, and steward the wealth that has been entrusted to them. He achieves this through efficient investment management, in-depth retirement planning, and ongoing advising.
Prior to joining Arkell, Jesse worked as a Financial Advisor for Jennaway
and McLeod Financial Group and was the Operational Team Leader for the nonprofit Cru at Montana State University. He grew up near the "Apple Capital of the World" in Central Washington. Later, he earned his B.S. and graduated with Honors from Washington State University.
Jesse lives in Bozeman with his wife, Megan, and their three children. He holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses and is currently enrolled in Boston University’s Financial Planning Program.
